Staff is helpful and the location is efficient.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

I liked the unbeatable location, the outstanding room and experienced staff. I slept so comfy in the big bed. A WONDERFUL stay with a nice swimming pool.

We had a such great time staying at this hotel. This venue was lovely place for exploring Houston, loved it. One of the best buffet breakfasts were served here.

I loved the place, it was spotlessly clean & the staff were superfriendly. Set right by the galleria and shops and the state highway in the fairly nice area.

Quick check-in and late check-out, plus the staff was flexible. We enjoyed the room : it was warm and brand-new. This was a relaxing hotel with a very central location. Truly memorable stay in the lovely area.

Room was big size, bed was exceptionally comfortable, the staff was outstandingly accommodating. And it also had marvellous view. They made my stay fantastic! The location was excellent, just a walk down to all interests. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like el pollo loco that was only 15 minutes' walk away. Hip new hotel, exemplary service.

I loved that hotel's lobby was nice. The buffet breakfast included good choice of meals.

Hotel was brand-new and exceptionally clean. We loved the way our queen room was.

It deserves its 4 stars. Take a look at Galleria - Uptown district, it's worth it.
